Tulane University is seeking a data-driven contributor to analyze student persistence, retention, and graduation data. You will identify trends, translate findings into strategies, and lead implementation with continuous assessment. This role also manages outreach, referrals, and outcome tracking for the TU Thrive cohort.
You will work with Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI to inform priorities and drive effective interventions across student support programs in an educational setting.
Reporting to the Director of Student Persistence, this position analyzes student, cohort, retention, and graduation data to identify trends, emerging needs, and populations that may benefit from additional support as they persist to degree attainment. The role will translate these findings and OSP priorities into intervention strategies and leads their day-to-day implementation and assessment, including student identification and prioritization, outreach, referrals, follow-up, documentation, and outcome tracking. The position also directs OSP’s intervention and assessment responsibilities for the TU Thrive cohort.
