Job summary

You’ll partner with Newcomb-Tulane College and OAIR to ensure data integrity and standardization, supporting institutional reporting. The role requires strong data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau) and experience in higher education data governance, with emphasis on student

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years in data analysis, institutional research, or assessment.
• Preference for higher education experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI (Power Query, DAX).
• Experience with data governance, FERPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data analytics and dashboards to support student engagement tracking.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for divisional strategy.
• Collaborate with NT C and OAIR to ensure data alignment and integrity.
• Communicate findings to senior leadership and program staff.
• Support program assessment and institutional research reporting.
• Maintain data stewardship practices and confidentiality.
