Rollins College seeks an Associate Director of Campus Involvement to expand leadership development and student engagement opportunities for campus organizations, events, and traditions. You will design experiences, manage Cloverleaf and Pathify integrations, and partner with campus stakeholders to foster high-impact leadership learning.

The role leads programming, advising, and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and student success.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in higher education administration or related field.
• Experience leading leadership development programs and student leadership initiatives.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute leadership development programs and trainings for student leaders.
• Oversee student organizations registration, compliance, and advisement processes.
• Coordinate major campus events and collaborate with campus partners and vendors.
• Supervise assigned staff and work-study roles; support assessment efforts.
