Rollins College seeks a Director for Campus Involvement to provide bold leadership for student engagement and belonging. The Director will guide Fraternity and Sorority Life, oversee campus involvement programs, staff, policies, and engagement pathways, collaborating across campus to create meaningful experiences for every student.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in higher education and student affairs.
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic leadership, supervision, and oversight of complex student engagement portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strategic vision for campus involvement and student engagement.
• Hire, onboard, train, coordinate, and supervise professional staff within the Center for Campus Involvement.
• Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources strategically.
• Lead the Fraternity & Sorority Life portfolio and advise governing councils.
• Oversee assessment efforts to evaluate programs and student learning, using data for continuous improvement.

Education

Master's degree in Higher Education Administration

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in higher education and student affairs
