Job summary

Rollins College seeks a Director for Campus Involvement to lead and unify campus engagement, including fraternity and sorority life. The role shapes traditions, student organizations, and involvement pathways, driving belonging and campus pride across a residential Rollins experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years in higher education and student affairs, with fraternity/sorority life experience.
• Proven strategic leadership, supervision, and oversight of complex student engagement portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an overarching strategic vision for campus involvement across student organizations.
• Provide strategic leadership for staff and long-term planning for student involvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies related to student organizations and engagement.
• Build partnerships with faculty and staff advisors to strengthen support structures.
• Lead initiatives for FSL priorities including alumni engagement, assessment, and resource allocation.
• Supervise the Center for Campus Involvement staff and manage budgets.
• Oversee assessment of programs, learning outcomes, and engagement metrics.
• Serve as senior advisor for Fraternity and Sorority Life and coordinate with relevant partners.
