Qualifications

• Design, develop, and evaluate training programs for student employees.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities across diverse audiences.
• Identify and implement systems to improve processes and efficiency.
• Solid project management with focus on continual improvements.
• Expertise in higher education, financial aid, and Federal Work-Study regulations.
• Comprehensive understanding of international student work regulations (F-1/J-1).
• Extensive experience with I-9 regulations and work authorization processes.
• Commitment to proactive student service and issue prevention.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and deliver training for 6,000+ student employees, online and in-person.
• Collaborate with Career Services and campus partners to assess learning outcomes.
• Assess and implement process improvements, including a new performance management system.
• Manage hiring, background checks, FERPA compliance, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Assist with financial aid inquiries, including Federal Work-Study and visas; coordinate with HR, Payroll, and International Services.
