Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of trends, issues, and policies in higher education.
• Experience implementing initiatives to improve equitable outcomes for historically minoritized students.
• Experience designing programs that support access, enrollment, transition, and early academic success.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for access and transition initiatives for prospective and incoming students.
• Oversee outreach, partnership development, and transition programming.
• Supervise professional and student staff, including setting goals and evaluating performance.
• Lead assessment, reporting, and data-informed decision making to improve programs.
