Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or equivalent in Student Affairs preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Independence, judgment, discretion, problem solving, and political acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for the Dean of Students Office and related centers.
• Provide leadership for campus-wide initiatives addressing equity and social justice.
• Lead staffing models and day-to-day operations for student services.
• Represent the dean at meetings and events and handle sensitive campus issues.
