Job description

Overview

Location: Hybrid working (2 or 3 days per week in office in Midtown, Manhattan)

Who we are: Named by the Financial Times as the fastest growing consultancy in Europe, Kubrick exists to solve the global digital skills emergency, which is holding back organisations and people from harnessing the power of leading technology to evolve and transform.

We deliver powerful data and AI solutions that minimize operational cost, strengthen resilience against risk, and uncover revenue opportunity. Our clients can retain our people to drive lasting adoption while futureproofing their workforce with exceptional talent. Since 2016, we’ve created over 3,000 data & AI specialists by removing the systemic barriers to the tech industry. We find incredible minds from all backgrounds to train with us, creating a diverse team of experts. We’re the preferred partner of today’s leading technology providers, including Databricks, Snowflake, and Collibra, to accelerate delivery and co-create revolutionary solutions. We transform the lives of our consultants, clients, and their customers through data and AI.

The Role

Our consultants are trained to the highest standard, before embarking on assignments with our clients. During training, and assignments, we aim to provide them with excellent engagement opportunities with Kubrick, as well as frequent pastoral touchpoints to ensure they are being supported and have the guidance they need to be successful. As a member of the Consultant Success team, you will be responsible for both our consultant communities – those in training, and those on client assignment, helping to manage their Kubrick journey, as well as ensuring their training and placement experience is high quality.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for junior managers who want to move into a direct management role by joining an ambitious, exciting organisation that values actions over words and encourages collaboration at every level. If you are interested in being judged by your output, over input, Kubrick could be an exciting opportunity for you.

You will be responsible for effectively navigating our consultants through their Kubrick journey. This includes:

  • Ensuring consultants are onboarded into Kubrick and their client assignment smoothly
  • Own the training experience and preparation for assignment at the agreed standard
  • Providing primary engagement and support for our people through regular check-ins
  • Managing any processes pertaining to their training and client assignment journey
What we need from you

Experience managing a team within a reasonably sized company, ideally those in a consultancy

  • Demonstrable experience: Organising and tracking processes
  • Proven people and relationship building skills to deliver value
  • A logical mind that likes to solve problems and can act autonomously when needed
  • The ability to build rapport, trust, and instil confidence
  • A passion for providing high quality outcomes and solutions
What Kubrick offers

A fast moving and fast growth business which is doing something seriously innovative and valuable. We already have a very supportive, diverse and appreciative client base, giving us stable foundations enabling us to keep working to high standards as we continue to grow. We also offer:

  • $85,000 & bonus
  • 401k program / company match
  • Option to purchase additional voluntary benefits
  • Access to upskilling opportunities and clear progression path
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

At Kubrick, we not only strive to bridge the skills-gap in data and technology, but we are also committed to playing a key role in improving diversity in the industry. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, and particularly encourage applications from groups currently underrepresented in the industry, including women, people from black and ethnic minority backgrounds, LGBTQ+ people, people with disability and those who are neurodivergent.

We know that potential applicants are sometimes put off if they don’t meet 100% of the requirements. We think individual experience, skills and passion make all the difference, so if you meet a good proportion of the criteria, we’d love to hear from you.

We are committed to ensuring that all candidates have an equally positive experience, and equal chances for success regardless of any personal characteristics. Please speak to us if we can support you with any adjustments to our recruitment process.
