Eli Lilly and Company is building the leadership team for startup of a greenfield API manufacturing site in Houston, TX. The TS/MS Associate Director will mentor a technical staff, oversee transfers, validation, and GMP compliance while coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Role requires 5+ years in cGMP API manufacturing and a strong track record in project management, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, QA, and regulatory teams.
