Job summary

YipitData is seeking an Associate Director of Product Development to drive discovery, development, and delivery of innovative data products for clients. You will shape the product roadmap, evaluate datasets, and partner with business and data teams to maximize client value.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, user-centric design, and scalable product leadership. Remote work within the United States is supported, with potential NY-based or hub-office coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of alternative data experience.
• Experience developing new alt-data research or feed products with measurable impact.
• Customer-centric product thinker using data and feedback to guide decisions.
• Ability to influence across teams and drive high-impact product goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building new alt-data products across sectors.
• Explore and evaluate new datasets for potential commercialization.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to source datasets and engage data partners.
• Understand user workflows and needs through client interviews and Revenue team input.
• Define and drive product strategy that adds value on top of YipitData data.
• Communicate progress and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• May manage or build out a team of Product Development Analysts.
