Job summary

Moderna seeks an Associate Director, QC Lab Automation Strategy & Digital Integration to lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of laboratory automation across its Quality Control laboratories.

You will define and execute a multi-year automation roadmap, drive data integrity, and ensure regulatory alignment while partnering with QC, Digital/IT, QA, Manufacturing, and Analytical Development to advance connected laboratory solutions.

Qualifications

• GMP automation and digital integration experience preferred.
• Leadership across multi-functional teams in a regulated lab setting.
• Experience with governance of automation programs and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own the automation roadmap for the QC network and govern its execution.
• Develop multi-year automation strategy aligned with business priorities and compliance.
• Lead portfolio prioritization based on value, compliance impact, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Chromeleon, LES, LabVantage LIMS, LabX, MODA and related platforms.
