Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, or engineering.
• Graduate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project controls experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control strategies to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to define KPIs.
• Create schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor progress, risks, and costs against baselines.
• Provide status reports including earned value and risk assessment.
• Mentor team members in project control practices.
• Apply industry trends to improve processes.
