University of North Texas - Denton is seeking an Associate Director of Project and Change Management to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives within the UNT-Strategic Educational Alliance. You will establish project management and change frameworks, guide programs and align stakeholders for maximum impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field and five years of closely related professional experience.
• Experience with project management and change management in complex environments.
• PMP, Prosci, CCMP, or comparable certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Leads project management for large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives in Executive and Professional Education, including platform development, program launches, and partnership ventures.
• Develops and implements change management frameworks and strategies to drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainable integration of new programs, processes, and technologies.
• Supervises project and change management team, including hiring, performance management, and professional development to build organizational capacity for managing complex initiatives.
• Interfaces with senior leadership to coordinate project priorities, communicate progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with divisional and institutional strategic goals.
• Monitors project outcomes and change adoption metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and future initiative planning.
