• Creates and maintains Wrike projects, tasks and timelines supporting executive priorities.
• Coordinates meetings by preparing agendas, organizing materials, documenting meeting notes and tracking follow-up action items.
• Organizes and maintains departmental documentation, SharePoint resources, project files and shared resources.
• Assists with preparation and formatting of presentations, reports and other executive materials.
• Tracks progress on assigned initiatives and provides project status updates.
• Coordinates special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains campaign implementation communications timelines, trackers and project documentation.
• Coordinates collection of content, approvals and supporting materials from campaign partners.
• Assists with preparation and formatting of campaign presentations, reports and implementation materials.
• Coordinates campaign meetings, agendas, meeting notes and follow-up action items.
• Organizes campaign documentation, resource libraries and historical records.
• Assists with campaign communications activities and special projects as assigned.
• Provides targeted operational support to communications team staff on assigned initiatives as departmental priorities require.
