Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of proven people management experience.
• 10+ years of related corporate experience is required.
• This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.

Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy and Business Performance: Develop and execute strategies that drive measurable improvements in customer experience, productivity, and financial performance.
• AI and Automation Enablement: Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions and automation to improve efficiency across CARE.
• Business Intelligence and Operational Insights: Lead analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Enablement and Integration: Lead planning and integration activities across transactions and partnerships.
