HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Clinical Services (PharmD) to lead a team of Clinical Account Consultants and deliver high‑quality clinical consulting and client support for health plans in a hybrid New York, NY setting (3 days in office / 2 days remote).

The ideal candidate will hold a PharmD with an active license, 6+ years in PBM or managed care, and the ability to translate clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations, with strong communication,

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license or ability to obtain/maintain licensure.
• 6+ years in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis.
• Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Associate Director, PBM Clinical Services (PharmD) - Hybrid (New York, NY)

HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Clinical Services to be part of an Enterprise Health Technology company, giving health plans a better way to manage pharmacy and medical benefit administration!

Compensation

• $163K - $190K annually (depending on experience)

Schedule

• Monday- Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote in New York, NY!

Daily Responsibilities

• This leadership role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of Clinical Account Consultants while ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical consulting services and client support.
