Job summary

HealthCare Support Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Formulary Management in New Jersey to shape formulary strategy, evaluate new medications, and support clinical programs that improve outcomes while managing pharmacy costs.

This role requires a PharmD with PBM or health plan experience and the ability to collaborate with a P&T Committee, analyze prescriptions, and implement formulary management.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Pharmacist License.
• PBM/health plan or pharmacy benefit consulting experience.
• Experience analyzing raw prescription data.
• Experience with a P&T Committee and formulary management.
• PharmD degree.

Responsibilities

• You’ll evaluate new and existing medications and support formulary strategies.
• You’ll monitor the evolving drug pipeline and assess clinical program impact.
• You’ll collaborate with clinical leadership, analytics, client management, and sales teams.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule

Compensation

• $102,997-$147,139

Daily Responsibilities

• You’ll work closely with clinical leadership and the P&T Committee to evaluate new and existing medications, support formulary and prior authorization strategies, monitor the evolving drug pipeline, and assess the impact of clinical programs. You’ll also serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert across the organization, partnering with clinical, analytics, client management, and sales teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active NJ Pharmacist License
• Experience within a PBM, health plan, or pharmacybenefit consulting company.
• Experience analyzing raw prescription data
• Experience working with a P&T Committee and/or Formulary Management
