HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director of PBM Clinical Services (PharmD) to lead a team delivering clinical consulting and client support for health plans. This hybrid Denver-based role requires strategic oversight of analyses, recommendations, and client interactions while guiding onboarding, training, and performance across the team.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD with active licensure, 6+ years in PBM/managed care, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license, or ability to obtain/maintain licensure as required.
• 6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis.
• Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Associate Director, PBM Clinical Services (PharmD)- Hybrid (Denver, CO)

HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Client Services to be part of an Enterprise Health Technology company, giving health plans a better way to manage pharmacy and medical benefit administration!

Compensation

• $150K - $187K annually (depending on experience) + up 10% annual bonus

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote in Denver, CO
