Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a senior leader to head the Americas Payments team for insourced and outsourced studies, supervising staff and contractors while ensuring alignment with pricing strategy across Global teams.

You will work with Local Trial Managers and CTMS stakeholders to resolve payment issues, maintain compliance, and drive process improvements across the end-to-end site payment lifecycle in North and South America.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• People management/talent development experience.
• Demonstrated AI literacy and an AI enabled mindset, including the ability to apply AI tools responsibly in daily work to improve productivity, decision making and quality of outcomes.
• Experience in Procure to Pay, Clinical Trial Administration, Clinical Site Contracting, Payment Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a multifaceted environment and prioritize and respond to changing business needs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously; self-motivated and collaborative.
• Service first mentality.
• Prior experience with clinical trial budget development, contracting, payments, etc. preferred.
• Knowledge in drug development, procurement, accounts payable or clinical operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of and experience with Procurement systems and/or Clinical Trial Management Systems preferred.
• Experience with Tableau preferred.
