Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on paid social experience.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
• Experience reviewing media plans and strategy.
• Retail media experience preferred but not required.
• Experience leading multiple teams or large-scale accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own quality standards across all paid social campaigns and media plans.
• Review media plans, campaign structures, targeting strategies, budgets, pacing, and optimization.
• Conduct regular quality audits to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead internal education on new platform functionality.
• Coach managers, supervisors, and associates on best practices.
