The Associate Director, Search and Social (AD) manages strategy and execution of Disney’s paid social and search media plans. The AD translates marketing and media objectives into effective campaigns and stays current with emerging market trends and technologies in performance marketing.
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA, with a pay range of $95,000–$120,000 USD, including benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and flexible work arrangements. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview, with flexibility to adjust over time.
