• Coordinate day-to-day operations across marketing, enrollment, and program management.
• Monitor enrollment and KPIs; prepare reports and analyses for planning and decision-making.
• Identify operational gaps and implement approved improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and support program launches.
• Assist with evaluating program opportunities and portfolio changes.
