Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with quantitative STEM background and oncology focus.
• Strong background in processing and interpreting large-scale NGS data (RNA-seq, WES/WGS, scRNA-seq).
• Robust statistical methods with ML applications in biology and cancer genomics.
• Experience with multi-omics integration and data-driven target nomination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale oncology datasets to understand disease biology and drug action.
• Evaluate functional genomics screens to establish target dependencies across programs.
• Nominate and prioritize drug combinations using multi-omics evidence and landscape context.
• Apply rigorous statistics and ML to integrate diverse data and form coherent biological conclusions.
• Leverage deep learning and foundation models for cell-type deconvolution and batch integration.
• Utilize AI tools and retrieval over internal data to accelerate evidence synthesis.
• Collaborate across experimental, AI/ML, data science, and software teams to ensure reproducible research.
