Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale oncology datasets (bulk RNA-seq, WES/WGS, scRNA-seq) to understand disease biology and drug action.
• Nominate and prioritize drug combinations by integrating molecular data with biological context.
• Apply rigorous statistics and multi-omics integration to derive robust target and pathway insights.
• Develop and apply deep learning and foundation models for single-cell data and perturbation prediction.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure reproducible, well-documented research in Discovery Oncology.
