Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking a Translational Medicine Director to lead oncology translational strategy and biomarkers development. You will collaborate with AI and computational biology teams to accelerate biomarker discovery and diagnostic development, guiding clinical program design across tumor types and drug modalities.

You will work with internal teams and external CROs to ensure robust data delivery and integration into regulatory documents.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading translational strategy in biotech/pharma, esp. oncology.
Strong track record in developing clinical biomarkers and companion diagnostics.
Experience working across internal and external stakeholders to advance programs.
Significant cancer biology and drug development expertise.
Comfort working in an AI-first environment and adopting cutting-edge methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute the Translational Medicine strategy across oncology programs.
Ensure readiness of clinical biomarker assays and deliver data for mechanism of action and prognostic insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape program strategy and trial design across tumor types.
Oversee and manage external CROs to ensure timely data delivery.
Support translational sections of INDs, IBs, protocols and briefing books.
