Hilton Mystic is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Sales in Mystic, CT to lead sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit targets and contribute to the property’s success.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, leading the sales team, pursuing new business, managing key accounts, and presenting reports to senior management, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Delphi experience a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
