Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking an Associate Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) on a hybrid Chicago–Water Tower campus. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and soliciting donors to advance CAS priorities.

You will manage a portfolio, partner with university colleagues, and craft donor engagement strategies to meet revenue goals while supporting diversity initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Development or related field required.
• Commitment to diversity and experience building a diverse development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of leadership annual gift prospects.
• Collaborate with College departments and University Advancement teams.
• Provide prospect strategy, coordinate meetings, and ensure data entry compliance.
• Attend regularly scheduled University and Advancement meetings.
