Job summary

Loyola University Chicago is seeking an Associate Director of Development for CAS to identify, qualify and cultivate donors, and to assist major gift officers in building a pipeline for leadership annual gifts and major gifts at the Chicago-Water Tower Campus.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Development, CAS, you will manage a portfolio of leadership annual gift prospects, collaborate across departments, and coordinate strategy for donor meetings while ensuring adherence to prospect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Development or related field required.
• A proven commitment to diversity and success in building a diverse development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of leadership annual gift prospects and meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with College departments and University Advancement to engage donors.
• Provide prospect strategy, coordinate appointments, and prepare materials for meetings with senior leaders.
• Attend regularly scheduled University and Advancement meetings.
