• Monitor application funnels, analyze conversion metrics, and use CRM tools to track engagement.
• Plan on-campus and virtual yield events, such as admitted student days and regional receptions.
• Develop personalized communications for prospective and admitted students via email, phone, and digital channels.
• Build partnerships with campus stakeholders, high school counselors, and alumni to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Train and supervise admission counselors and student workers on conversion techniques.
