The Office of Admissions is accepting applications for the position of Associate Director of Admissions. The purpose of this position is to increase yield, conversion, and drive enrollment goals by executing strategic communication, managing admitted student events, and utilizing CRM data to convert applicants into enrolled students. This position will lead initiatives targeting admitted student engagement, analyze applicant funnels, and supervise counselors to ensure targeted yield outcomes.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related area; minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education, preferably working within admissions and recruitment outreach initiatives or enrollment management, with a demonstrated focus on recruitment and conversion strategies.
