Job summary

UEI College is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to support the Director of Admissions at our Ontario, CA campus. The role focuses on staffing, training and managing the Admissions Team to facilitate enrollment of qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, lead management, and ensuring compliance with enrollment policies and ethical standards. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of post-secondary education experience.
• Understanding of the education admissions process.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable federal and state laws and accreditor standards, and institutional policies related to student enrollment.
• Recruit, train and develop admissions professionals.
• Develop referrals and personal leads.
• Assist in management of lead distribution to Admissions Team.
• Monitor daily/weekly activities of the Admissions Team to meet objectives.
• Conduct second interviews of prospective student enrollments.
• Motivate the Admissions Team to meet enrollment objectives while upholding ethics and compliance.
• Help manage the student enrollment process including inquiries, phone screens and interviews.
• Meet or exceed enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.

We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to join our team at our Ontario, CA campus. The Associate Director of Admissions will be responsible for supporting the Director of Admissions in staffing, training and managing the campus Admissions Team by facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admission.

• Complying with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to student enrollment;
• Recruiting, training and developing highly talented admissions professionals;
• Developing referrals and personal leads;
• Assisting in management of lead distribution to Admissions Team;
• Working with Director of Admissions in monitoring the daily/weekly activities of Admissions Team to ensure admissions objectives are met.
• Conducting second interview of prospective student enrollments;
• Motivating the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements;
• Helping manage compliance with student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews;
• Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• 1 year prior post-secondary education experience required.
• Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to coach and manage a team
