Job summary

Staff Financial Group seeks an Associate Director of Accounting / Assistant Controller to lead the accounting function, oversee the close, and develop a high-performing team. You will report to Controller-level leadership and partner with Finance across the business.

In this hybrid role, you will manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, tackle complex technical accounting matters, and support audits, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years managing people
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Workday Financials experience preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Background in both public and private companies preferred
