Your new role

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a must.
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus.
