Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals Coler seeks an Associate Director of Managed Care Contract Management to oversee and optimize all contract aspects. You will coordinate with the Central Office Managed Care Team and MCOs to drive performance and ensure smooth operations for resident care and reimbursement.

The role requires strong clinical background, negotiation and analytic skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve utilization review and contract outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State license and current RN registration.
• Master's Degree in Nursing Administration with three years of supervisory nursing or managerial experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with four years of nursing experience, including three years in admin/supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of managed care contracts.
• Collaborate with Central Office Managed Care Team and MCOs to drive performance.
