Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in Hospital Administration or related field with 5+ years in health service administration or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in health/medical service administration, public/admin, finance, or related discipline with planning and liaison emphasis.
• Satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with the Director, Affiliation Administration and VP of Medical Operations on administrative matters and policy.
• Formulate procedures for monitoring and evaluating affiliation contracts and programs.
• Supervise health care planners and staff managing routine affiliation contracts.
• Coordinate with corporate offices to ensure cooperation on affiliation contracts.
• Participate with hospital executives to integrate hospital and affiliation programs.
• Advise on policy changes, community needs and staff development.
