Johnson and Johnson Family is recruiting an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison, Cardiac Electrophysiology. This role is Fully Remote in the United States. This position involves engaging with key opinion leaders, supporting clinical research, and providing scientific expertise in cardiovascular medicine, specifically electrophysiology and structural heart. The role requires developing relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting scientific and educational initiatives, and staying updated on the latest research.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Support strategic engagement plans with KOLs and medical societies.
2. Act as a scientific authority, providing education and insights.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scientific knowledge.
4. Communicate complex scientific information effectively.
5. Stay current with scientific research and trends.
6. Prepare and deliver scientific presentations and support educational programs.
7. Support clinical studies and research initiatives.
8. Train internal teams on scientific topics.
9. Analyze customer, scientific, and market information.
10. Develop educational materials and support programs.
11. Discuss investigator-initiated studies with clinicians.

Requirements :

• Advanced Degree (MD, PhD).
• Minimum 5 years in biotech industry focusing on cardiovascular medicine.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cardiovascular medicine, especially electrophysiology.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and medical terminology.
• Proven relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Work authorization in the USA required.
• Travel up to 50%.
