Our Client, a global leader in biotechnology, seeks an experienced Associate Director - Medical Information to support a multimodal antiviral program. The role focuses on responding to medical inquiries, developing scientifically rigorous response materials, and ensuring launch readiness for a major product launch.

The position requires an advanced scientific degree and 5+ years in Medical Information, with strong literature review and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Medical Information experience in pharmaceutical/biopharma industry preferred.
• Experience managing complex medical inquiries and developing scientific content.
• Strong literature review and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, safety reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders with accurate, evidence-based information.
• Develop scientific response materials such as SRLs, FAQs, and Q&A documents.
• Review clinical data and literature and translate findings into clear communications.
• Support product launch readiness, label updates, and data disclosures.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Patient Safety, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze inquiry trends and update response materials based on new evidence.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and provide scientific training, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation and report adverse events and product complaints per procedures.
