Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Media and Activation Planning for US Obesity and Related Conditions.

You will lead the planning and execution engine for media and activation, translating briefs into channel investments and detailed media plans while coordinating with HCP Promotion and Corporate Affairs. The role requires strong experience in media planning, activation, and integrated marketing, plus cross-functional leadership and analytics capabilities to optimize performance

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree plus marketing/sales experience required per table.
• Strong experience in media planning, channel investment, campaign activation, or integrated marketing.
• Experience coordinating with HCP marketing, Corporate Affairs, or cross-functional partners.
• Analytical, communication, and project leadership skills essential.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution engine for media and activation plans.
• Translate the brief into channel investment strategy and media plans.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to move plans forward on time.
• Lead and develop Senior Manager, Activation & GEO.
• Measure and optimize media performance with analytics partners.
