Job summary

University of Pennsylvania—Wharton School seeks an Associate Director of Admissions to support MBA recruitment, yield, and matriculation. The role requires collaboration across teams, engagement with prospective students and alumni, and active participation in Admissions Committee processes.

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions, you will manage alumni outreach, craft communications, and drive branding efforts for the MBA program across multiple channels and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in admissions, marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• Experience creating digital content and managing social media.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Public speaking experience; ability to present to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the MBA Admissions alumni yield program and related engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute admissions marketing and communications initiatives across digital and print channels.
• Collaborate with Central Marketing & Communications and other university partners.
• Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and participate in Admissions Committee discussions and decisions.
• Represent the program at recruitment events, information sessions, and travel.
