Job summary

Youth Eastside Services (YES) seeks an Associate Director – Individual Giving to lead and grow the major gifts program in East King County. You will manage a portfolio of 75–125 donors, drive six-figure gifts, and partner with leadership to forecast revenue and shape strategy.

You will craft personalized stewardship plans, tell impact stories, and coordinate with Marketing, clinical teams, and events like Invest in Youth Breakfast to deepen donor engagement and advancement of YES’s mission.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of major gifts fundraising with $25k–$100k+ gifts.
• Experience managing complex donor relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual fundraising plan with clear goals and KPIs.
• Identify, qualify, and track major gift leads to grow the pipeline.
• Lead major gift solicitations including six-figure commitments and endowment gifts.
• Collaborate across departments and board to support fundraising campaigns.
• Plan and execute signature events and cultivation activities.
