Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking an Associate Director to lead Web Content, UX Design & Research, and Front-End Development, ensuring high-quality digital experiences across bio-rad.com and MyBio-Rad. You will shape the production operating model, prioritize work with product owners, and mentor managers to elevate the team.

This senior role requires extensive strategy, governance, and regulatory expertise, with a focus on SEO, accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and privacy standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10+ years of strategy development and execution in a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to build and run intake, capacity planning, prioritization, and throughput measurement for shared-services teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to translate technical concepts for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Web Content, UX Design & Research, and Front-End Development teams.
• Own the production operating model, intake, and capacity planning across Bio-Rad sites.
• Translate prioritized product decisions into shipped, high-quality experiences.
• Define and uphold standards across SEO/AEO, accessibility, and site performance.
• Drive KPI-based continuous improvement in tooling, processes, and partnerships.
