Wake Forest University School of Law is seeking an Associate Director for Leadership and Character to oversee student-facing and staff-facing work of the Program for Leadership and Character. Qualifications

• Experience in the practice of law or in legal education is preferred.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop student leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop programming that supports JD students’ development as leaders of character.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship, peer cohorts, and discussion groups for students and staff.
• Assess program efficacy for ongoing improvement and research goals.
