Job summary

The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, develop meaningful workshops, and foster an inclusive environment that promotes ethical decision-making and civil discourse. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's or JD preferred.

Qualifications

  • Five to seven years of leadership experience in student development or higher education.
  • Experience designing programs that foster professional growth and civil discourse.
  • Experience supporting diverse student backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Support a collaborative approach to Student Affairs around professional identity.
  • Lead the Professionalism Working Group to shape policies.
  • Develop workshops and resources for students' growth as legal practitioners.
