Job summary

Bryn Mawr College is seeking a qualified individual to lead initiatives in student development and professional identity formation within the Law School. This role requires a blend of leadership skills and program design experience to enhance the educational and professional growth of students.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, develop meaningful workshops, and foster an inclusive environment that promotes ethical decision-making and civil discourse. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's or JD preferred.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of leadership experience in student development or higher education.
• Experience designing programs that foster professional growth and civil discourse.
• Experience supporting diverse student backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support a collaborative approach to Student Affairs around professional identity.
• Lead the Professionalism Working Group to shape policies.
• Develop workshops and resources for students' growth as legal practitioners.
