Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead the Devens Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team. You will oversee laboratory informatics, instrument software, and IT hardware, driving validation, integration, and lifecycle management of LIMS/ELN/CDS/SDMS to support GxP and non‑GxP operations.

You will partner with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, Engineering and enterprise teams to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity and cybersecurity expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field and 10+ years in pharmaceutical lab ops or informatics.
• Proven leadership in managing laboratory informatics programs and benchtop systems.
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Campus Laboratory and Benchtop Systems team across Devens campus.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity and robust validation of software.
• Collaborate with Quality, Research, Manufacturing, Engineering and Digital Plant teams.
