• 10+ years in laboratory automation with team leadership.
• Proven track record leading integrated laboratory automation systems.
• Strong executive communication, prioritization, partner management, change management, and operating model development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory automation scientists and matrix contributors to deliver integrated automation systems across discovery and analytical workflows.
• Own portfolio prioritization, resource planning, demand intake, business case input, risk management, governance, stage gates, backlog, change control, KPIs, and lifecycle ownership.
• Define operating models for workflow intake, readiness assessment, user acceptance, hyper-care, support issues, updates, release management, documentation, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee design, qualification, optimization, hyper-care, and lifecycle support of automated workcells and orchestrated systems.
• Ensure integrated system thinking across workflows, data flows, safety, training, and sustainment plans.
• Coordinate with engineering leadership to ensure workcell readiness, safety, utilities, maintainability, and reliability.
• Drive standardization of requirements, UAT, documentation, training, run readiness, and continuous improvement.
