Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Post-baccalaureate degree (JD or master’s) strongly preferred.
• Experience in career or recruitment services for law students or lawyers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Director in managing judicial clerkship and internship programs, including planning and collaboration with judges, faculty, staff, alumni, and students.
• Plans and delivers career counseling, coaching, outreach, programming, and support for clerkships and internships.
• Tracks data and supports reporting on clerkship applications, interviews, hiring, and experiences.
• Prepares agendas, materials, and reports for committees and data requests.
• Creates and updates clerkship resources and web content across platforms.
