Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor level experience in a consultancy.
• Experience delivering infrastructure or defence projects.
• MRICS chartered status or working towards chartership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial delivery of major infrastructure and defence projects.
• Provide strategic cost and commercial advice to key clients.
• Mentor Quantity Surveyors and support their development.
• Oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration and reporting.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify future work.
