Qualifications

• MD or PhD with ACHI certification and CA license or eligible.
• Expertise in serological and molecular histocompatibility testing.
• Leadership, teaching, and staff management experience.
• Strong research background with potential for independent funding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee histocompatibility laboratory operations and quality.
• Provide strategic direction with the Lab Director.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards.
• Educate surgery residents and medical students in histocompatibility.
• Collaborate with transplant surgeons and hematopoietic stem cell teams.
