Job summary

Sodexo's Healthcare Technology Management Division seeks a Director of Biomed Clinical Engineering HTM for Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI. This leader will oversee a wide range of medical equipment and provide guidance to staff.

The role requires a high-level leader who can manage supervisors and technical professionals while driving process improvements, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance and cybersecurity readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years in maintenance/repair of clinical devices preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, TJC) and HTM operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and technical staff to ensure high performance and development.
• Lead capital planning, project management, and technology assessments.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients and ensure service excellence.
• Manage purchasing, subcontracts, and financial planning to align with goals.
